We currently only ship orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada. Orders may ship the same day if placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the following day, excluding weekends. Orders placed on the weekend ship the following Monday. Your order will be shipped either by First Class Mail or Priority Mail and typically should arrive within 3-7 days, but sometimes could be a little bit longer depending on how fast or slow USPS process them.
Canada & Mexico Shipping: Flat rate. Simple.
For orders shipped to Mexico and Canada, it might take from 5-10 days. We charge a small flat rate base on your order total. Orders total from $1-$99.99 will cost $10 flat. Orders total from $100-$1000 will be $20 flat. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking information when your order ships.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price or to exchange for a different item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns on custom cut led neon lights and led rope lights. We also cannot accept returns on modified/cut led strip lights, due to the fact that we do not know the conditions in which the item was modified or cut.
We do not accept returns on special/custom discount orders. Special discount orders are considered clearance items and are not returnable.
Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and with original contents. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns, plus the original shipping cost. We cannot process any returns while the shipment is enroute. Please allow up to 14 business days to see refund on credit card statement.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
