We currently only ship orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada. Orders ship the same day if placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the following day, excluding weekends. Orders placed on the weekend ship the following Monday. We currently offer flat express shipping rate by USPS Priority Mail. Your order typically should arrive within 2-3 days. For orders shipped to Mexico and Canada, it might take up to 10 days. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking information when your order ships.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price or to exchange for a different item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns on custom cut led neon lights and led rope lights. We also cannot accept returns on modified/cut led strip lights, due to the fact that we do not know the conditions in which the item was modified or cut.
We do not accept returns on special/custom discount orders. Special discount orders are considered clearance items and are not returnable.
Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and with original contents. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. Returned items without original packaging and orginal contents may incur a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 14 business days to see refund on credit card statement.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
